Here are two examples of the curve-fitted spectra together with their original data files in VAMAS (ISO 14976) and Phi MultiPak formats.

The curve-fitted files are in pdf format. In order to view these files you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is freely available from the Adobe website.

The free demonstration version of CasaXPS is capable of opening the VAMAS files. See here for more information on CasaXPS.
